Consequently, any total or partial reproduction or representation of this Site, the sites linked to it by hypertext links, and/or their elements, by any means whatsoever, without the express written authorization of the DreamMakers Company is strictly prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by articles L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

The trademarks appearing on the Site, of the DreamMakers Company or its partners, the titles of the Films, as well as the logos appearing on the Site are trademarks (semi-figurative or not) registered and protected by the provisions of articles L.711 -1 and following of the CPI.
Any total or partial reproduction of these brands or these logos, made from the elements of the Site without the express authorization of the DreamMakers Company is therefore prohibited, within the meaning of article L 713-2 of the Intellectual Property Code.

- Data base :

The same applies to the databases appearing on the Site which are protected by the provisions of the law of July 11, 1998 transposing into the Intellectual Property Code (IPC) the European directive of March 11, 1996 relating to the protection database law.
